you should have to fill all information in application form.Application Start from 25/01/2021 and End on 25/02/2021. you should havr submit your application before last date. if any correction or mistake in application form please correct it before 28/02/2021. otherwise your wrong information will remains on admit card and you are not eligible to attend your exam.
